Richard Bevan
Chief Executive of the League Managers' Association.
Richard Bevan after leaving the Professional Cricketers' Association after 11 years as group chief executive joined the League Managers Association, the representative body of the 92 managers in the Premier League and Football League, on the 1st January 2008. Richard is a prominent character in the world of sport and business. He was Chief Executive of the Professional Cricketers' Association up to the end of 2007.
Richard was also a Director of the Federation of International Cricketers' Associations for seven years. He is also a Trustee of the Team England Player Partnership, a Director of the Professional Players' Federation (the umbrella body for all players' associations including the PFA, PGA, PRA, PCA and Jockeys' Association). Richard grew up in Shropshire and lives in Manchester with his wife Suzanne, a Queens Counsel.
He held an International Rally Driving License for six years and competed in three RAC Rallies. He windsurfed, played football and cricket to a high amateur standard and plays golf off a six handicap. Richard played football for 12 years for the Liverpool & Shropshire Ramblers & was the football coach at Concord College Shropshire from 1984 to 1987. His abiding interest is Business & sport.

Neil Fairbrother
Director of Cricket International Sports Management
Neil Fairbrother made his Lancashire debut in 1982 while still an amateur and signed as a professional in 1983, scoring 96 not out in his first first class innings against Warwickshire.
During his first class career, he scored 48 first class centuries and scored a 1,000 runs in a season 10 times for Lancashire. He also played in 10 domestic Lord’s finals, which is the most by any player and captained Lancashire in 1992 and 1993. He achieved the highest score of 366 at The Oval in 1990, which is the highest score ever on that ground.
Neil played in 10 Test Matches and 75 One Day Internationals, averaging 40 in the latter and was part of the 1992 England team that reached the final in Melbourne, top scoring on the night. He is regarded as one of England’s finest One Day International players.
He retired at the end of the 2002 season and moved into sports management and now heads up the Cricket Division at International Sports Management, looking after clients such as Andrew Flintoff, Michael Vaughan, Paul Collingwood, Steve Harmison, Marcus Trescothick, Craig Kieswetter and Graham Onions to name a few.
Neil is happily married to Audrey and has two children, Rachael and Sam. He regularly plays in charity cricket matches and even manages to get the odd game of golf in when he can.

Mark Wools
Director of The Light
Throughout his career Mark has worked both externally and internally on brand creation, implementation and employee buy-in for Cable&Wireless WorldWide, RBS Mint, Nectar, Heinz, Vertu, Nestle Professional and Carphone Warehouse. He currently owns and operates The Light (thelight.uk.com), the brand direction and creation company. From designing state of the art rehabilitation units to fund raising events, The Light the have been key strategic and creative contributors to the AF Foundation from its conception.
